Best GoPro deals UK: The biggest savings on the new Hero 10 Black, Hero 9 Black and Max action cameras

Pick up a new GoPro action camera for cheap with our round-up of the best prices in the UK

With high-resolution, high-frame-rate video recording and tough, waterproof construction, GoPro's incredibly popular line of action cams are the ultimate go-anywhere cameras. To make sure you're getting the best price, we've scoured the web for the best GoPro deals around, and so below you’ll find our complete rundown of the best prices currently available across the entire GoPro action camera lineup.

While action cameras regularly feature in seasonal sales, it’s GoPro themselves who have some of the best prices. GoPro is currently offering the Hero 10 Black, Hero 9 Black, Hero 8 Black and GoPro Max bundled with a one-year GoPro subscription for significantly less than their regular retail prices.

GoPro’s subscription gives you access to unlimited cloud storage for your footage, total camera replacement – should your camera pick up any damage – and up to 50% off accessories in the GoPro store. The price of the subscription is included in the cost of the GoPro store bundles and you can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal to avoid incurring any additional costs.

3. GoPro Hero 9 Black (was £430, now £330)

With 5K recording, front and rear colour displays and GoPro's incredibly effective HyperSmooth 3.0 stabiliser, the Hero 9 Black is one of the best go-anywhere cameras on the market. Along with featuring in-built mounting prongs and out-of-the-box waterproofing, the Hero 9 is also compatible with GoPro's range of Accessory Mods, allowing you to customise the camera to suit your individual needs.

Ordinarily, the Hero 9 Black retails for around £360 on sites like Amazon and Argos, but we have seen it discounted. The best price, however, is available via GoPro direct, where you can grab a Hero 9 Black with a 32GB microSD card and a 12 month GoPro subscription for £330.

4. GoPro Hero 8 Black (was £340, now £260)

The Hero 8 Black may miss out on the dual-display setup found on later Hero models but it's still an incredibly capable action camera pitched at a very competitive price. It features 4K video recording at up to 60fps, Hypersmooth 2.0 image stabilisation and, as it has built-in mounting prongs, it doesn’t need an additional case for mounting and is waterproof right out of the box.

Taking a look across the web you’ll find a fair few offers available for the Hero 8 Black, but none come close to matching GoPro’s direct price of £260 for the camera, a 32GB microSD card and a one-year GoPro subscription.

5. GoPro Max (was £460, now £380)

GoPro’s twin-lens Max 360 camera is a fantastic option for those looking to stretch their creative limits. It offers the ability to shoot with either the front or rear lens for standard action cam footage, or you can use both to record full 360-degree clips. Using GoPro’s Studio software on your phone or computer, you’re even able to “reframe” your 360˚ footage after you’ve shot it. The Max also has the best audio recording capabilities of any action camera we've ever tested.

While the GoPro Max will ordinarily set you back around £460, if you buy it directly from GoPro it’s currently available for just £380 bundled with a one-year GoPro subscription, 64GB SD card and a case.

6. GoPro Hero 7 Silver (now £200)

Despite its low price point the Hero 7 Silver still manages to pack 4K video recording at up to 30fps, image stabilisation, 10-megapixel stills capture and 10m water resistance without the need for an accessory case.

Currently, the best price for a new GoPro Hero 7 Silver is £200 on Argos.
